as 'mood movement'.....in this practice of therapeutic yoga
the goal is to utilize the mind/body connection to better manage
our feelings and emotions and keep them flowing more healthfully
through our bodies. By combining Vinyasa style yoga combined
with modern psychotherapeutic techniques, we can efficiently
